A Qualitative Research on Factors Affecting Academician Reputation

The aim of this study is to reveal the personal reputation perceptions academic staff and determinants concept reputation, with subgoals determining what academics understand by factors that affect their revealing issues cause damaging among positive negative results. This was conducted applying phenomenological design, which one qualitative research designs. participants were determined using criterion sampling snowball methods. interview form designed researcher in line purpose study, data obtained through in-depth interviews 20 faculty members working at Süleyman Demirel University. After analysis audio recordings interviews, coded interpretive phenomenology method based on basic questions research. Nvivo 12 Plus program used analyze data.
